Service Overview

AnandElectrical facilitates the monitoring and servicing of electricity meters through a structured workflow. The process involves admin, managers, and site visitors working in coordination to detect, report, and resolve meter issues effectively.

User Roles and Responsibilities

• Admin: Manages the entire application, assigns managers, and oversees all operations.
• Manager: Responsible for assigning site visitors to locations based on pin codes and ensuring tasks are completed.
• Site Visitor: Visits the assigned site, records meter readings, compares with previous data, and reports faults if any.
• Engineer: Visits the site only when faults are reported. Responsible for diagnosis and repair or replacement work.

Data Accuracy

All users are expected to enter accurate and honest data. Any manipulation or false reporting of meter readings is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the system.

Privacy and Confidentiality

All user and location data will be handled with confidentiality. AnandElectrical does not share user or location data with third parties without consent.

Limitation of Liability

AnandElectrical is not liable for any operational delays, data errors due to hardware issues, or third-party involvement in the physical meter inspection process.
